I didn't start out as a coach — I started out as an agent trying to figure it out, just like you. The difference is I was relentless about studying what actually works, and I never stopped testing, refining, and improving my approach.
After building my own production and joining forces with Maverick and Agent Academy, I realized my true calling wasn't just selling homes — it was helping other agents unlock the results they were capable of. That's when SalesCoach Brian was born.
I've now coached hundreds of agents across the country, from brand-new licensees to veteran team leaders, and the through-line is always the same: when you have the right systems, the right mindset, and someone in your corner holding you accountable, everything changes.
