My Story

I didn't start out as a coach — I started out as an agent trying to figure it out, just like you. The difference is I was relentless about studying what actually works, and I never stopped testing, refining, and improving my approach.

After building my own production and joining forces with Maverick and Agent Academy, I realized my true calling wasn't just selling homes — it was helping other agents unlock the results they were capable of. That's when SalesCoach Brian was born.

Who is the AAM for?
The AAM is built for real estate agents at any stage — new agents who want to build the right foundation, and experienced agents who have hit a plateau and need a structured breakthrough. If you're serious about your business, the AAM is for you.
How much time does it require?
Plan for about 60–90 minutes per day: training content, your weekly 1-on-1 with Brian, group calls, and daily accountability. The AAM is intensive by design — the results reflect that.
Is it virtual or in-person?
The AAM is fully virtual — live calls, on-demand content, and a private online community. You can participate from anywhere in the country.
How big are the cohorts?
